This document governs your use of the phlag platform — including all games, account services, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and customer support interactions. Please read it in full before registering or placing any bets.

Each individual may hold exactly one phlag account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity or using different personal details — are strictly prohibited and will result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts, unless otherwise specified by applicable PAGCOR regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlag login credentials. All activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by a third party with access to your credentials — is your responsibility. Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately.
phlag reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by notification to your registered contact. Continued use of phlag following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By accessing the phlag platform, creating an account, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with phlag's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phlag platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phlag. By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms, are of legal gambling age in the Philippines (21 years or older), and are accessing phlag from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited.
To register and maintain an active account on phlag, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your phlag account. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing or using phlag under any circumstances.
You must be accessing phlag from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of phlag complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction. phlag does not accept liability for use of the platform in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law and the laws of your country of residence. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent, are subject to a court-ordered restriction, or are prohibited from gambling under a self-exclusion order may not hold a phlag account.
Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of phlag and its affiliated companies are prohibited from creating accounts or placing real-money bets on the platform, except with express prior written authorization from phlag's compliance team.
phlag reserves the right to request documentary verification of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period requested may result in account suspension or closure.
Each individual may hold exactly one (1) phlag account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
All information provided during phlag account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested in the registration process. phlag will use this information to verify your identity and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlag login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your phlag account — regardless of whether it was conducted by you or by a third party who obtained access to your credentials — remains your responsibility. Notify phlag support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
phlag reserves the right to require identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any stage, including before processing withdrawals, after high-value deposits, or upon detection of suspicious activity. Verification documents may include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (UMID, SSS, PhilHealth, Passport, or Driver's License), proof of ownership of the payment method used, and proof of Philippine residential address. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed to phlag's satisfaction.
All phlag accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise expressly stated. phlag does not accept or maintain accounts in foreign currencies.
All financial transactions on phlag are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). phlag supports GCash, Maya, InstaPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform at the time of transaction.
The minimum deposit amount on phlag is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your phlag account within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to 30 minutes. phlag does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which phlag accepts no responsibility.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. phlag processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where operationally feasible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes of phlag approval. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business days. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. phlag does not charge withdrawal fees; third-party processing fees applied by payment providers are outside phlag's control.
phlag reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in the event of: (a) ongoing identity verification; (b) suspected fraudulent activity; (c) active bonus wagering requirements that have not been met; (d) account balance disputes; or (e) investigation of potential Terms violation. In all such cases, phlag will notify the account holder and endeavour to resolve the matter promptly.
phlag operates in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to enhanced monitoring. phlag reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law. Funds may be withheld pending regulatory reporting obligations.
All bets placed on phlag are governed by the specific game rules applicable to each product (live casino, slots, sports betting, sabong, bingo, color prediction), which are available within each game interface. The following general betting rules apply to all phlag games:
In any dispute regarding game outcomes, the records maintained by phlag's server logs shall constitute the definitive record and will take precedence over any client-side data, screenshots, or User recollection of events.
phlag may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users. The following general conditions apply to all phlag bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:
Bonus funds credited to a phlag account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates, and time limits applicable to each promotion will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time will result in forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and associated winnings.
Unless expressly stated in the promotion terms, only one bonus may be active in a phlag account at any given time. Activation of a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus and its associated winnings.
phlag reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, use of automated betting systems to exploit bonus wagering requirements, coordination between multiple users to exploit promotions, or any other conduct designed to gain an unfair advantage from promotional offers.
phlag reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. In such cases, already-active bonuses will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of activation, unless the modification is required for regulatory compliance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phlag and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, potentially triggering account suspension, closure, fund forfeiture, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
phlag reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Accounts may be suspended pending investigation of: suspected Terms violation, identity verification requirements, suspicious transaction patterns, or regulatory inquiry. During suspension, the User may not access games or process withdrawals, but their account balance will be preserved pending the outcome of the investigation.
Where phlag determines that a User has materially breached these Terms, phlag may close the account immediately and, where appropriate, forfeit any balance associated with the breach. Where forfeiture is considered, phlag will act proportionately and in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
You may request closure of your phlag account at any time by contacting phlag support. Accounts with a positive balance will have the remaining funds returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to identity verification, applicable KYC requirements, and any outstanding wagering conditions on active bonuses. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations already accrued under these Terms.
Users experiencing difficulty controlling their gambling may request self-exclusion from the phlag platform for a defined or indefinite period. During self-exclusion, access to the account is restricted and phlag will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from reaching the self-excluded individual. The risk of financial loss is inherent in all forms of gambling, and phlag strongly encourages all users to gamble within their financial means and to treat gambling as a leisure activity rather than a source of income.

All content on the phlag platform — including but not limited to the phlag name, logo, brand identity, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, audio content, marketing materials, and written content — is the exclusive property of phlag or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phlag platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from phlag content; use phlag's brand, logos, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent; reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of phlag's software; or scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the platform.
Any unauthorized use of phlag's intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and may expose the User to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlag's total aggregate liability to any User for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Section limits phlag's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming laws.
phlag collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and phlag's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering a phlag account, you consent to phlag collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of: account management and identity verification; transaction processing and financial record-keeping; fraud detection, AML compliance, and regulatory reporting; customer support; and where applicable and with your consent, marketing communications.
phlag will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties. Data sharing with third parties is limited to: licensed game providers and payment processors necessary to operate the platform; regulatory and law enforcement authorities where required by Philippine law; and professional service providers (legal, audit) bound by confidentiality obligations.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute, you should first contact phlag customer support to seek an informal resolution. phlag's support team will endeavour to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receiving a written complaint. Contact support at the email displayed in the phlag platform footer.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate regulatory body with jurisdiction over phlag's operations, or alternatively to the competent courts of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the purpose of resolving any dispute.
Any claim or cause of action you may have arising from your use of the phlag platform must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or such longer period as required by applicable Philippine law. Claims not brought within this period are permanently barred.
phlag reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phlag will provide notice through a prominent announcement on the platform, a notification to registered email or mobile number on file, or both. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates the date the current version took effect.
Continued use of the phlag platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using phlag and request account closure.
